Our founders and architects drew inspiration for the 114-acre community from the three great empires that left their mark on Belize: the Mayan, the Spanish and the British. The main road leading to the sea, Paseo de Caracol, connects seven parks, plazas and green spaces to form a central axis reminiscent of the sacred Mayan Tree of Life. The classical scale of our community and its plazas has been influenced by Spanish Colonial towns. Crescent-shaped streetscapes echo the British Colonial architecture from The Circus of Bath, England. All properties are set amidst protected green spaces that preserve the natural landscape. We host Insider's Tours throughout the year here at beautiful Orchid Bay Belize. Our tours are designed to provide an insider's view of Belize. By taking advantage of our years of experience, you will see Belize in a way few tourists ever do. We'll provide informational sessions on a broad range of subjects from Belize property ownership to the use of alternative energy supplies. Attendees are responsible for making their own flight arrangements to and from Belize City, but for $299, we will provide all of your tour related transportation, meals and accommodations. We'll reimburse your flight and tour fee up to 1% of your sale price if you choose to purchase.
